even more so they will clamped down if chairman Xi is allowed to have his way, not ONE fucking single cent will be allowed to flow out of china without his approval, with the latest removal of chairman term limits, nothing is stopping him now, those who got in his way will be dead dead dead, he wants his legacy to be the the only chairman to bring china to the greatest height ever, only those business sanctioned by him will survived.cptrelentless wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 5:20 pmSo you're saying that the casinos in Shv are not money laundering operations deliberately set up in a foreign country in order to avoid government scrutiny? They're only here to serve the massive market in Chinese tourists?bolueeleh wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 8:47 amyou can choose to believe or not its up to u, but VOIP scammers will be hunted no matter where they are, i am talking abt small n big casinos operators will be moving their operations back if hainan really opens its door to gaming due to many advantages it has over other overseas locationcptrelentless wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 1:38 amRight, so all the VOIP scammers are going to move to Hainan? Even though there will soon be three international undersea cables terminating here in Cambodia within the next year? Making the internet significantly cheaper and police bribes staying the same. Hainan already had holiday resorts before they started building them in Shv, and their gambling industry still doesn't even exist on paper. You are a perennial optimist, that's for sure.

yes, it became law with the proclamation of august 17 i have repeatedly cited here.
what the prc citizens are doing in sv with the casinos is 100% illegal and china will enforce jurisdiction by passport revocation here.
it is childs play for the prc cyber cops to ID these guys no matter how many sim cards they use
they can easily map it back to devices and just go through the ip logs of the isp
