Motorbike accident gets heated

(Phnom Penh): A violent collision between two motorbikes was the cause of a heated dispute last night at 12 midnight on March 11, 2018, at an intersection along Streets 598 and 986, Phnom Penh Capital Hall, Sen Sok district, Phnom Penh.

Two drivers were injured and each man blamed the other. Fortunately, the police arrived and calmed everybody down. Finally, the motorcyclist who was said to be at fault agreed to pay the other guy $100 for damages and the crowd dispersed.

Well there's you problem.

East-west streets are supposed to be even numbered, north-south odd.

Two evens with an intersection is bound to be trouble.

Must mean intersection with 598 and 1986
