5 Cambodian fishermen arrested for raping tourists

The way people often drink here, really fast doing cheers every 5 seconds and often some rotgut "Wisky"or Rice Wine/ etc, they can get in a real messy state quite quickly.

I saw that somewhere but it was in Khmer on a t-shirt.
