Barang in the news - where is he going and why no shirt ?

'"Where did he go or what ?" is the headline to this article published in the Khmer news today. The behavior of the barang is such a mystery.

Phnom Penh: An Unidentified Barang man was walking with bare feet, without shirt, wearing only shorts, on street 294, Sangkat Beung Keng Korng 1, Khan Chamkarmor, Phnom Penh. There was nobody know where is he going or what he is looking for.

Downstairs, among all my Khmer neighbors, no body wear a shirt, or at least they are bottom less, it's so hot already :-D

there is a little hairy toy terrier anklebiter next door about 8 years old.
he is called "Bobo"
Bobo is a good judge of character as he invariably rushes these types and the soapdodgers.
skateboards and skates are also objects of his fury and desire for revenge.
maddies bother him not at all.

i feed him treats, and i am certain he would attack on my command.
