Hi all nop 70!

Loosely? Hello all of my beloved friends. Pretty common post on Facebook from Khmer girls nowadays. I was guessing what was so important that she had to use Facebook on the back of a bike around midnight. Experience tells me it was probably something very similar to this.

Yep, pretty much. Used often on Facebook along with a lot of other slang that even older native speakers sometimes struggle to understand.
Seems to me pisey (ពិសេស) is used for special in terms of things while nop is used as a term of endearment for people.
So you might get a special massage, or massa pisey (ម៉ាស្សាពិសេស), from your nop jut. But only if you're lucky.
