Phnom Penh ambulance crashes, killing 50yo patient

Phnom Penh: An ambulance transporting a patient to the Russian Hospital crashed into a crane truck at 10:40 pm on February 28. The 50 year old patient died and one person other person was injured.
The source said that before the incident, the ambulance transporting 5 people was driving from north to south at high speed when it crashed into a crane truck parked on the street. After the accident, the ambulance driver continued the journey to take the patient to the Russian hospital, but unfortunately it was too late because the patient was already dead.

Driver must of been affected by meth.
No other logical reason for not seeing a parked crane .
