Barang in Shitsville Offers $200 Reward For Return Of His Lost Purse & ATM Card

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I'll have to take your word on that. But yes it looks very neat. I hope Jamie got a gold star for it.

What? I thought every sensible person wrote a cross through their 7s.
i cross my 7s
i have no idea why because i wasnt taught that way at school
I also cross my 7's, I was taught to by my mother who was an old school teacher but my school teachers always tried to get me to stop, so I kept doing it to spite them. Lol

It's a weird European thing. 1s that look almost like upside down Vs, and 7s with a cross through them.

I believe it is done to stop confusion between a hastily written 1 and a hastily written 7......
Could be important.
