A 64-year-old Swiss man named Robert, who resides in Sihanoukville, was seriously injured in a moto accident. He crashed into a Cambodian guy named Chea Sim in Prey Nob.

Regardless of how well-connected or high up in the CPP hierarchy they are, I just don't think dead people should be allowed to ride motorcycles.

Perhaps the Khmer was at fault and the Swiss guy's mate is making sure he doesn't slink off?

that shows just how good a $5 crash helmet is. Someone ought to pick the bikes up before the petrol reached the hot exhausts ....
