Don't know if its still going on but just had 2 fire engines flying up 113 heading to town. Maybe too late for the party ad just going to join the others for a beer?

There was a fire in the same bank some time ago
(~ 3 years?).

13 February 2018
A fire broke out on the first floor of the First Cambodia building at Phsar Chas, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh at 8pm on 13 February, and it took firefighters two hours to extinguish.
Chief of Fire Protection Department of the Phnom Penh Police Commissioner, Mr. Sopheak said a total of 13 fire trucks were called to the scene.There was considerable material damage, but no one was injured in the fire.

At that time, Mr. Sok Penhvuth, Governor of the Daun Penh Board of Directors, who came to the scene, asked all citizens to be more careful about burning candles and the use of electric cables and cans because Chinese New Year is approaching, so we need to be very careful.
