No mercy for officer who threw his rice bowl at a waitress
31 January 2018
POIPET - A senior army officer, from the Thai-Cambodian Border Relations Office, was drinking at a new 8-to-9-room Srah Srang restaurant in Poipet town. After drinking about 3 or 4 beers, when a waitress girl walked to the bathroom, the RCAF officer threw a bowl of rice to the wall and cracked the girl in the middle of the forehead, causing two cuts to the head needing 4 stitches each.
A Lieutenant General has said that this behavior is a blot on the reputation of the RCAF and the officer will be disciplined by the army in addition to any civil charges.
"It is against the law of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces to use this power to oppress the people or to use violence to cause such injuries, and not provide enough money to defend the victims," said the Lieutenant General. "I have to deal with this issue in accordance with the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces discipline, so I do not allow any officer of the border affairs to cause injury to anyone and escape the law."

Wonder how much money and rice exchanged hands here.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Luckily, he was only steaming mad. Boiling mad = 10 stitches or more...and then there's fried mad...

Poor kid. Almost reminds of a scene from Goodfellows.
