Recycling in PP
Recycling in PP
Hey guys,
I'm trying to make our office greener - not an easy task here. Has anyone any experience on similar issues?
At the moment I am trying to look for solutions to recycle some of the stuff used at the office - mainly paper, cardboard, plastic etc. I know that there are some organizations (I think some startups) that are trying to work with recycling plastic, but I have not found anyone working on anything related to recycling printing paper or cardboard. Any ideas? Any other office-greening solutions are also welcome.
Cheers,
-Mike

Someone must take it, because the recycling carts and scavengers all take cardboard. Maybe if you spot a scavenger going through bins you could arrange for them to collect yours on a regular basis? You'd be doing them a favour.

Try advertising it on the Buy and Sell section of K440 Forum. Members over there are offering big money for stuff like that.

Echai's will take usually take cardboard, though I don't think they pay for it like they do for metal.
For office paper waste, try http://www.craftworkscambodia.com

A’jais definitely take cardboard, and yes they pay for it. They take plastic bottles, not sure whether they take other types of plastic. They don’t appear to take paper.

Thanks guys for the answers, the mystery is starting to unwind and I'm making good progress!
Anyone know anything more about recycling other plastic than bottles - weather anyone does it - or if anyone uses styroform for anything here?
Thanks
