One is long time manager of Angkor Wat bar and another works in a different bar here; leading the tourists astray and into jail cells. Excellent

I think they were doing more than what was shown in the pictures, otherwise it's quite scary and unbelievable to know you can get arrested for dancing stupidly in a private establishment. Hope they never put undercover dancing police in Heart of Darkness or other gayish places in PP after midnight or the whole lot would be arrested. Not a fan of backpackers or dancing like this but it's not exactly arrest worthy. I wonder who tipped of the police, I can not imagine it was the bar owner so that makes me think they continued their shenanigans outside the club as well.

It could be a typo in the original article. A later story gives his name as Billy Stevens.

Who ever took those photoes should be arrested for not having a permit to film,,, hang on ,,, maybe the police did give a permit, but you can still be convicted of

Koh Kong Provincial Court sentenced Mother Nature activists Dem Kundy and Hun Vannak to one year in prison and fined the pair Rl1 million (about US$250) each, after finding the pair guilty of ‘violating privacy’ and ‘incitement to commit a felony’. Seven months of the jail term was suspended.

Dem and Hun were arrested on September 12, 2017 while at sea after filming boats suspected of being involved in the transportation of illegally dredged silica sand. The two environmental activists have been held in pre-trial detention since their arrest.
