Phnom Penh:A 29 year old, British Tourist man BEN FREDRICH SMITH who was fighting as intentional violence to a 37 year old Tuk Tuk driver, named Peng Sengdara, was taken to Phnom Penh First Instance Court yesterday, January 23,2018.
According to the authority, the suspect BEN FREDRICH SMITH who stayed at Oral Hotel on street 19, Khan Daun Penh was detained on January 18 for smashing the tuk tuk driver's face to get injury on the face and swollen.
