Best reasonably priced burger in PP under $6.00

Post by picooie »

There has been a lot of posts about different places but having been in the countryside for over a month I am dying for a good burger. California2 has always been my favorite but any suggestions for somewhere else??

Digbys is the closest thing I've come to as far as American tasting beef although it's Australian I think. Yummy and expensive! $8.50 I think for a Cheeseburger.

Second place is Mike's Burgers at Sokimex gas station at Mao Tse Toung and Russian Bldv. Love their milkshakes too!

And of course Burger King.

Larry's at Street 110, has a tasty Angus Beef burger, but it will set you back about US$ 7.50

Never tried California 2's burger. In fact, I thinkle I've only ever had appetizers there. Weird...

Freebird and Lonestar make good burgers for a good price (5-6$).

California 2 burgers used to be great when Larry was running the joint.

They are still good but not like they used to be.

I like Mikes's burgers and fries. Clean and well run.

Had the cheeseburgers at The Garage tonight, $5.50 from memory, would eat them again. Good slab of beef, held together nicely, good product. Try 'em if you're there!

Shameless plug: try the burger at Quealy's (Mon-Sat) flame grilled 125g pattie and at the moment only $3.25 with a free draft beer included!
