Images of a brave Cambodian man riding a motorbike with a large reptile barely tied to the backseat went viral across Asian media, sparking intense debates.
Several photos of a man with a crocodile on the backseat of his red motorbike, captured on a highway in Cambodia's Kandal Province, have recently become an online hit in Asia. The way he treated "the swamp killer" stunned the web community most of all.

In the pictures, shared by shocked passers-by, the animal is seen barely tied to the vehicle, with its mouth left loose. Moreover, the driver was calmly sitting on the animal like it was nothing special.
After seeing these images, concerned netizens left a lot of comments. "We should respect the man's courage as he dared to put his butt on a live crocodile," one person wrote. Many internet users noted that it posed a danger to other traffic participants too. "This action is too dangerous, the crocodile has the opportunity to open mouth and bite anyone," another netizen commented.

1. How do we know it's live?
2. From the photos it appears to have a laccy band or similar binding around its nose.
3. It could just be a family pet and this is always how they travel. The rope holding its tail off the tarmac seems a bit inadequate. Going to have a bit of road burn there

They are pretty good photos though. A friend of mine had a pet crocodile that jumped off his balcony, by the time he had gotten downstairs a motodop was driving off with the stunned animal (4 floors drop!) laying crosswise on his Daelim.

I just get to see lovely stuff like this around town:
