if i delete the pm on my side, does it still remain on the senders end? :beer3:

Not if the receiver copies the PM and reposts it for all to see. Then the sender has to beg the mods to remove the thread and protect them from themselves...

PM's cross the line if they are offensive or the person sending is not in good standing with the receiver. Hence, the above action is appropriate.
