Not if there's a fire, not even if you hear the sound of a thud from my home and one week later there's a smell coming from there that can only be a decaying human body and you have to hold a hanky to your face because the stench is so thick that you think you're going to faint.

Even then, don't come knocking...Not for ANY reason.

Yeah, you misread what I wrote. Don't worry, it happens.

Chinese - can mean ethnicity, nationality or language.

Malay passports - indicates Malaysian nationality.

Is English your first language? Sorry, I'm a smart ass. :)

Update:

Police bust online gambling dens
5 January 2018
Authorities from the Anti-Commercial Gambling Department along with local police busted two Phnom Penh locations illegally operating online gambling on Wednesday, arresting eighteen people, including two foreigners.

Six people were arrested, including two Malaysians, in Chroy Changvar district’s Chroy Changvar commune, while 12 were arrested in Russey Keo district’s Chraing Chamres commune.

Chroy Changvar commune police chief Chan Bunthoeun said that six people, including two foreigners who were likely the owners of the facility, were arrested in his commune.

“We arrested four Cambodian women working on the premises. Those women pointed us to the other two Malaysians living in a condominium, so we arrested them, too,” he said. “We cooperated with the department of anti-commercial gambling. We raided the places at 3pm.”

Mr Bunthoeun said those arrested were sent to the department, along with evidence seized that included computers and phones, for further questioning.

Sieng Sen, the department director, said ten people found to be innocent will be freed after signing a contract not to repeat their activities.
“For those who were not involved with the operation of the business, we educated them and will have them sign a contract to not get involved in such things again,” he said.

“However, for those involved, we will continue to question them and send them to the court.” Mr Sen said the eight due to appear in court today includes the two Malaysians.
