Hope you're well. All of your requirements look fine, however no apartments that I know of include electricity in their price, it is always separate.

I found a nice big one room place for $150pm with wifi, ac, hot shower, balcony, secure moto parking & shared pool

others available on month by month basis with just $100 deposit if anyone is looking
