Post by StroppyChops »

Looking for a good quality pair of on/offroad riding boots, possibly capped - any around town?

KTM on Pasteur? That may be a very naive suggestion, I just don't know for sure, as I'm not a biker. But it bumps your thread!

I didn't notice (wasn't looking for) boots in KTM today but did see knee/elbow pads and kevlar body armour.

If they have armour you'd expect them to have boots - thanks men.

I doubt they'd have the boots you're looking for. As far as I know there are no boots of the sort available in PP. IF there are, they're hediously expensive.

There's a second-hand shoe shop near Russian market that has a pair of sidi off-road boots going for something like $300.. Haven't been sold in the 3 years since I first saw them..
I'm pretty sure KTM shop has boot though.

KTM has boots but not what I suspect he's looking for.

A couple of people have suggested zip-style army boots from the army surplus store 'just out of town' - anyone have a street address or name for this, please?
