Good gardener in Kep

Does anyone know a good reliable gardener in Kep that is looking for a job? Tasks include: keep the garden nice (remove weeds, dead trees, water the garden in dry season, cut the grass (I have lawnmower), sweep the house daily and do the dishes, clean the windows once a month and remove the rubbish. I pay $100 dollar month but don't have set working hours. Sunday always free, and free whenever the work is done. Any leads appreciated. Prefer someone who has a basic understanding of English. Thanks in advance.

I wish. It's basically only a 2 or 3 hour job a day for 6 days a week but haven't had any luck so far. I have a gardener nowfor 2 years but she only shows up when she pleases and keeps asking me more and more money so it's time for a change.
