Re: Busted Making Porn in Phnom Penh Guesthouse
Police found a picture of Mr. Eun Chhin shooting pornography in his computer proof
(November 19, 2017 5:44 am)
(Phnom Penh): On the night of November 18, 2017, a senior police official of the Ministry of Interior, who declined to be named, told media that police officers have now found new evidence. Another is the image and video of a former Asian Serey Freelance co-worker, Ouch Chen, who was involved in filming sex with foreigners in Cambodia.
The same senior police official confirmed that Oun Chen's pornography and video, which he sometimes acted as a photographer and sometimes acted as a male actor in the performance. That's been detected in Ouch Chin's computer, which can be set as a new offense that collaborates with foreigners. Khmer ethics. This is just another gossip case amongst many other tracks.
Two ex-IS staffers, Mr. Oun Chhin and Mr. Socheat Meathy, were detained on the night of November 14, 2017 at a Marady guesthouse in the capital. Phnom Penh.
Representatives of the Phnom Penh Municipal Court have charged Mr. Oun Chhin and Mr. Savy Mercer with the intention of giving foreign states information that is harmful to the public. National defense under Article 445 of the Penal Code, where the offense could face a sentence of seven to 15 years, they are currently detained in Prey Sar prison.
Uon Chhin is the bloke arrested for spying as a Radio Free Asia reporter.
Interesting slant on this story.

Two former Radio Free Asia reporters who were arrested on Tuesday now face spying charges, which carry a sentence of up to 15 years in prison.
Phnom Penh deputy municipal police chief Sim Vuthy said police found evidence related to the arrest and sent it to court on Wednesday.
“We have collected confessions, work materials and programmes that show they were working for RFA outside the country,” he said.
“They can face the charge of supplying a foreign state with information prejudicial to national defence.”
The former RFA staffers had earlier been accused of setting up an illegal radio station.
Uon Chhin and Yeang Sothearin were arrested at the Marady Hotel in Phnom Penh. Police confiscated several laptops and recording equipment.
Mr Chhin said the equipment was placed there to record family karaoke songs and to take wedding pictures. He strongly denied producing news for RFA any more.
Voice of America quoted RFA Washington spokesman Rohit Mahajan as denying he had a connection with the pair to provide any information or service.
Mr Mahajan said RFA had yet to receive specific accusations from the Cambodian authorities, and was extremely worried by the unfolding events.
Director of the Cambodia Institute for Media Studies Moeun Chhean Narith said that press freedom and freedom of expression were guaranteed in the constitution.
“If the arrests were just because these two men have worked with professionalism, it would be most regrettable,” he said.
As to the allegations of espionage, he deemed them too severe for the former reporters.
Mr Narith said the arrests could have a negative impact on the Cambodian government.
“The authorities of the court should free them from accusations if they do not want to make the serious mistake of having the international community considering the political situation in Cambodia too badly.”
National and international human rights organisations have condemned the government for restricting press freedom, especially the closure of more than 30 radio stations broadcasting programs from RFA and VOA.
The president of the Union of Journalist Federations of Cambodia Huy Vannak said they would provide lawyers if the former reporters asked for them.

Re: Busted Making Porn in Phnom Penh Guesthouse
In 2006, I was living in an apartment on St. 63, BKK1. My nearest neighbours were a loudmouthed, drunken sexpat, who flew an Australian flag on his balcony, an elderly German, who was scoring young men, including monks, via the net, and a couple of young Chinese guys, who were making porno movies with Martini freelancers. I quite enjoyed the ambience, as it made me look respectable by comparison.
