Expecting a parcel from Australia

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

Not sure why a package leaving Australia would go through Australian customs.

It didn’t. Australia post tracking sends me an update about each phase of the journey. It cleared Cambodian customs.

This is a normal part of tracking. I have found it takes five or six days to transit from PP to SHV. It goes via donkey.

You have to write it in CAPITALS so they see it.
Could you perhaps give us an example of how you would write a telephone number in CAPITALS!? Image

Cheers

The parcel is at the post office ready to be collected. I’m impressed. :)

I found both SV and PP post offices quite good for EMS items

My sister sent a registered satchel from Melbourne on the same day (30 Oct) and I collected it yesterday at PP PO. That's pretty good. Especially considering the PO was closed for two days for Water Festival and no incoming mail on a third day.
