From the photo, the victim appeared to have been a member of the Sihanoukville MC Rebel Motorcycle club. He was accompagnied by a foreign woman and at least one other member of the Rebel club.

All three victims are reported to have died instantly; 1 Australian man and two Cambodians on the same motorbike. The bodies have been taken to Wat Indran and the motorcycles were taken by police.

Yes that is big Locky.

Lachlan Cummins. He was a great guy a gentle giant, with a daughter about 3 years old.

He will be missed by many. Including me.

RIP mate.

RIP. We've updated this news with his correct name and pictures of him in good times.

Just to correct an inaccuracy. He was alone on his bike when the accident occurred.

RIP

Did he usually ride without a helmet?

In the photos on this link, it doesn't look like he or the other two guys who were killed were wearing helmets.

I often saw him riding around town and I can’t recall seeing him without a helmet, so it surprised me to see no helmet.
