My neighbour, a senior civil servant, just got shot (about 5pm) 5 times outside the school next to Phsar PC, next to Dombok Spor (sp?) pagoda.

Apparently happened when he slowed down near the school.

More news as and when I get it, he is a really nice guy and good neighbour, his family likewise.

He is at the hospital now, no news on his condition.
