Monzo vs Revolut - Whats the best for Cambodia?
Hi all,
Does anyone have experience of using Monzo or Revolut in Cambodia?
They both offer spot rate currency conversion without fee but reviews online suggest Monzo is better from a service and ATM availability.
However, Revolut will allow me to convert from £ to $ in the run up to my trip so may work out better overall.
Anyone on here use either service?

I have never used either as they are both relatively new but I do think it is a good idea to get one (I used to use Fair FX but these two are much more competitively priced). Choosing between these two is about where you are likely to be spending your money and how much per day.Its A London Thing wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2017 4:10 pm Hi all,

Monzo has a 2% ATM withdrawal fee but free in shops.
Revolut free for the first £200
why not get both, use monzo for in-store purchases * revolut for ATM
They both claim to use the inter-bank FX rates so no difference there.
They are both Mastercard so I don't understand why one would have better ATM availability
Finally, Revolut offers a premium card at £6.99 that comes with £400 per day and a few other things (same fee for 1 withdrawal on the Monzo card at £350)
