I have come across many western women like this in SEA.

In Bali there is an entire subculture of young male gigolos who have impelled themselves to speak passable conversational Japanese
and whose sexual services are commercially available to the neglected and bored wives of the selfless sarariman (vacationless) culture

Plus Japan - that unique country - has a host club culture (I knew 2 part-time workers* in the industry) which mainly involves listening to
the ladies (of the above paragraph) yapping and whining about their neuroses and pretending to be interested in this diatribe - BUT - once
in a while there is an extra demand - and a foresighted host in a host club always carries VIAGRA so as to be sure he can
