Riding without a helmet
Re: Riding without a helmet
Wear Bohn armor, that should keep you cool.bangkokhooker wrote: ↑Fri Sep 29, 2017 12:49 pm Back home I would sometimes just wear a helmet (open face) and trainers, jumper and jeans (non armoured) on my sports bike. It was too hot to wear leathers.
Dainese boots are good for hot weather and reasonably light at under 2kg.

Re: Riding without a helmet
In SE Asia, it seems the purpose of a helmet is to avoid a fine and keep the sun off your head. The the cheap, little tourist brain buckets, a Tonka Toy hard hat, or a 'real' helmet that's not done up, aren't going to do you a pinch of coon shit of good in a serious accident.
You could be next.

Re: Riding without a helmet
i think thats how i got into a bad habit of not wearing one, cuz i used to rent a bike, and the helmets they provide are pointless and annoying as they dont fit properly,
after buying a decent helmet i wear it pretty much the whole time now
