Might need to implement a one month limit on visas for Chinese wishing to visit Cambodia without a valid employment contract. One month should be plenty for most genuine tourists.
Also fine/jail landlords if it can be proven they were aware of the tenant's scamming activities.

Oh come on... if the government wanted kidneys and corneas, there are plenty of people they could get them from in China without having to go to all the hassle of conspiring to have people deported from Cambodia. Where are you getting this crap?

Re: 50 Chinese nationals arrested by Immigration in Phnom Penh

Here is the story behind the police raid leading to the arrests of 50 Chinese nationals on 16 September: A lovers' quarrel, a vengeful woman, and a talk-back show on the local radio.

Chinese arrested after radio report
18 September 2017
- Uk Hai Sela, director of the General Department of Immigration, said police became concerned after hearing an interview on ABC Radio with a caller who claimed that a female friend had been beaten and extorted for money by a group of Chinese nationals.

Hai Sela said that when police showed up to investigate, they found no evidence of a VoIP scheme – online extortion rings run by Chinese nationals and routinely busted in the Kingdom – but did discover a group of 50 Chinese nationals who were living or working in Cambodia illegally.

He said police also found the woman who had allegedly been beaten and extorted, but discovered she was in a romantic relationship with one of the Chinese nationals and had asked a friend to call the radio station to report him because they had quarrelled the day before.

Hai Sela criticised both the caller and ABC Radio for alarming the police and the public.

while my remark was a little ironic- there is a big fat nugget of truth in there. just research the number of of offenses that are capital crimes and organ harvesting of executed prisoners in China. falun gong and political prisoners have been particular targets.
and indeed, Chinese and local authorities are working closely together to deport these people who break Chinese law from abroad. viz the mass deportations of Chinese casino workers and voip scammers. did you think the clever competent local authorities found these people by themselves ?
naive soul.
it is done by revocation of their passports. the china gov ID's them digitally then the locals pick them up.

here are some citations to cure your woeful ignorance of the world
there are 46 capital crimes there- many of which are quite similar to sedition or criticism of the state

Are you imagining there aren't enough prisoners in China to harvest organs from that the government conpires to have people deported from other countries back to China to make up the shortfall? That's quite the leap!

They sell off your guts after you are executed, yes. They make you pay for your own bullet, too. It's a win-win.
