Expats of tourists ?any Questions on KoW ?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

looks like i will be kinda camping here and there in a few different locations.
hope i don't get malaria or the AIDS
you can get that from mosquitoes now
steung treng will become a major development entrepot in the next few years, well planned by Laos,Cambodia, and China.
it is probably a better long term bet than Koh Kong.

My main objection to shitey western govts is the excessive import duty and sin tax on cigarettes/alcohol, but an arms manufacturing company doesn't get taxed.

It all depends on how you want your cancer experirnce to be. Cambodia or Oz? I'd be smoking whatever the indiginous locals used to smoke at those prices. I hear weed is exorbitant, unless you grow your own. Better than biscuits being exorbitant, and no ovens.

I had a really fine cigar last weekend.

Courtesy of a good friend.

We even had gavinmac typing his heart out on his laptop at the table next to us, pretending he wasn't listening.
