Absolute Power Means ‘I Can Do Whatever,’ Prayuth Says

Thailand is Cambodia's neighbor to the West, and this forum is dedicated to Thai news, stories, reviews, blogs, videos, Thai people and anything else related to the country. A lot of expats have both lived and worked in Cambodia and Thailand, and this area is a place to discuss all aspects of life in Thailand and what's going on there. Most topics are about Bangkok and Pattaya because of their larger populations of expatriates and tourists in those cities, but this is for all things Thai.

“Talking in terms of using the Article 44 in this country, I don’t have to be held accountable at all. I can do whatever,” Prayuth said Tuesday. “If talking in terms of arbitration law or international law, then we will have to fight the case…But when I use the Article 44, I don’t have to fear anything, because it protects me.”

The coup occurred about 3.5 years ago.

By now, most people have figured this out for themselves.

Does his globalist hand sign indicate that he is working for the CFR now? That used to be Thaksin's job. Maybe both are on the payroll now.

Similar but quite clearly not identical signs

Thaksin did get his PhD at Sam Houston State University though.
