Introduce Yourself

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. You're welcome to have a look around, and if you decide you want to participate, you can become a part our international expat community by signing up for a free account.

I'm a Khmer born and raised in Seattle. Decided to finally visit the motherland for a 6 month visit. No idea what I'm gonna do out here but I hope it'll be interesting.

Been lurking the other site for about a year. Decided to register here because the forum seemed more active.

I been reading a formerly good forum since around 2007. Went to Thailand and fell in love with the food and wonderful weirdness when I got a LOT of dental work done. Started coming back about every winter for 2 to 4 month stays. Got invited to stay at a net friends home in Pursat for a month and loved that. So now I mostly split my time between Thailand and Cambodia.
I'm in Alabama so I'm used to hot, muggy and erm somewhat undeveloped areas, haha. I like this forum, It's actually got helpful people and posts. Be hitting the provincial living section a lot. I'm 60, single and don't drink much, so livin in Cambodia might be a bit of a challenge :)
Looking forward to finding out things besides where to get the best burger in PP.

And the good thing about this forum is you can even start a thread, giving all the answers and let other people ask the questions .
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
