67yo Korean woman, director of Christian Church, drives into river and drowns

At 8am, a 67 year-old Korean woman, identified as Kim Young-suk - director of Prek Takov Christian Church - drove off the Svay Chrum Port and ferry crossing into the Mekong.
The river was flowing swiftly, the car sank quickly, and it was impossible to help her. The car was pulled out of the water by police an hour and a half later, and the woman's body was found inside.
The cause of the accident is still under police investigation, but witnesses have suggested that a mechanical fault may have been responsible. The body was taken to Calmette hospital.

An hour and a half later? Yup, I'd say she's dead by then. I guess when it's time to go it's time to go. RIP.
