Bladdy right!
Money is human happiness in the abstract; he, then, who is no longer capable of enjoying human happiness in the concrete devotes himself utterly to money.

There's a reason New Pub Street floods, the "developer" decided it would be a cunning wheeze to save money if he put in 32mm drain pipes, rather than 100.

The road right outside Apple guest house no longer holds back 100m of water causing a big puddle as the road was resurfaced in the dry(well almost dry its rained every month this year so far) season taking away the damming effect caused by the earlier pipeline and speed bump. Its almost flat there until the road to the new pub street sign where it dips. further along though there is still places where a lot of water lies- but only a few inches deep.
