Homeless Brit MARTIN CLEARY Arrested by Immigration Police in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
On 16 August 2017, at around midday, a British man identified as Martin Cleary from Yorkshire, England was taken into custody by immigration police in Phnom Penh. He appears to be in possession of no valid documents, without a fixed abode and believed to be living on the streets. He was arrested on immigration charges at the same time as 4 Nigerian and 4 Vietnamese men.
Funny how he was the only Brit to be arrested with 4 Nigerians and 4 Vietnamese.
And these are the Vietnamese. There is another thread on the Nigerians somewhere.

Is it Barry who lost his documents on the way back from Vietnam a few years back?

Hmmmm, I think he looks exactly like a British expat named Martin. Anyone agree/disagree? I am not 100% convinced it's him, but seems like it.John Bingham wrote: ↑Sat Aug 19, 2017 10:51 pm Is it Barry who lost his documents on the way back from Vietnam a few years back?
