Tropical Rain Storms Cause Massive Flooding in Sihanoukville, Cambodia
CAMBODIA NEWS: Sihanoukville has been constantly hit by heavy tropical rainstorms in August. Many reports showed the effects and damages due to severe rainwater kept pouring to Prey Nup District ruining streets and blocking traffics. Water has subsided, but the alerts were still there to keep people from any harm. No reported deaths at this time.

That's pretty messy. What part the city is this?
Silence, exile, and cunning.

If they're lucky, Otres Village will be washed into the sea.
You could be next.

it's still raining this morning down here - the two roads behind Occheauteal beach (Occheauteal St (500) & 23 Tola Street) have big floods on them and the rain water runs through a lot of the bar areas to the sea - at least it might wash some of the sewage of street 502 -Serendipity Beach Street
There is a third road (Poulowai Street 300) which is crested in the middle and for the most part is usually free from floods.
Street 500 now floods at the bottom of the hill since a pipe was installed but not fully underground ...and the requirement for a concrete hump over it........

They don't give a flying f&%k about drainage , perhaps they would like a donation from a western country to fix there piping problem.
