It looks nice, I'd offer $300 for it, but you really underplay the kitchen. Where does one cook ? A gas oven? God forbid a 2-plate gas stove burner, that kitchen doesn't deserve that

Nice, but as usual, a bathroom built for anorexics..I could live with that, but tell us about the kitchen!
