CAMBODIA NEWS: A Chinese man caused a traffic accident with his Highlander, car registration number 2AC 8523, at 1 am on 10 August 2017. He crashed into a Wave motorcycle driven by a man with two others riding on the back, in front of OC Ochheuteal Hotel, causing very serious injuries to one of the motorcycle passengers. The driver of the car did not stop to report the accident, instead he accelerated to flee the scene, but ended up crashing into the gate of the old site of Ariston Company. He was later arrested by the traffic police.

The Chinese man's name has not been released.
