Thanks frank - I've got a ticket open with WU at the moment to confirm the money is available (still appears so from my bank and WU accounts) and will try another agent tomorrow.

They did it with you, me, and that other guy. I think it is to stall to hold the money in a money market a while. After a year, that kind of fraud adds up. I kept telling the manager to think and use her brain. I guessed she didn't want to look stupid, as I was almost calling her stupid.
