me thinks there's something wrong with that meter if it's testing for booze (breathalyzer). a reading of 0.68 would be just a wee bit past dead if one is to believe what's reported on the internets....

just sayin'

Not if it is measured the European way. The legal limit in Germany is 0.5, 0.868 would be 2-3 beers.

Maybe open a pinned thread titled, Daily, weekly acts of driving stupidity by those who should never be given control of anything with an engine. I would wager there would be probably more posts on Chinks than locals.

Blood alcohol and breath alcohol are two different things, and different units are used in different countries.
1/100 g/mL = 1 g/dL = 9.43 mg/g = 217.4 mmol/L = 10 permille = 0.1 basis points.
Guessing the meter is mg/g.
In England and Wales the legal limit is 350 microgrammes of alcohol per litre of breath or 0.08% blood alcohol.
Ditto.

The planet really needs to get together an decide on one way of doing this. This is confusing as shit every time.
