Dutch Tourist PETER KLAASSEN Gets Robbed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia; TukTuk Driver Takes Him To Police Station

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

From the person who sent us the video above:

"Two nights ago, I was sitting outside The Sunflower Mart on Street 13 across from Kandal Market. These two guys walked into the mart, bumping into stuff, completely incoherent. I started filming them when they left the mart. They then walked across the street to a chicken vendor and nearly got hit by a white moto. They kept trying to order some chicken from those female vendors, but those ladies couldn't understand anything they were saying. I think the funniest part in the whole video is when the black fellow picked up a piece of chicken off the dirty ground and placed it back on the grill, ha. The Cambodian child looked a little freaked out by those guys. I can't blame her.

It's definitely the same Dutch guy from your previous post, because he is wearing the same glasses, shirt and shorts in my video as he was in your post.
"

That's pretty bad when you are in such rare form that people take a video of you twice in 2 days on separate occasions.

Looks like he probably was drugged and robbed after all.
