It was called the ‘Hotel Belleville’, in the film.
That was the "hotel" but the bar was in a building across St 13. The hotel used to be the Central Police HQ back in the French era.

In a nation run by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: not necessarily to win, but mainly to keep from losing completely. HST

My prices are for isaan city centres but they obviously vary alot.

Cambodias need to get there act together and start improving there street food,
Alot of the time I got unedible gruel , rotten lettuce in my burgers, half melted ice cream from the minimart , luk luk with more fat than meat.

The general feeling is they just dont give a f#!k what they are serving people.

And you need to improve your English. Anyway, there is some pretty good food but obviously not for 1/2 a pineapple which appears to be your budget for a day. Though I will admit that Thai food in general is better though not necessarily in the KSR area....

(What is luk luk? Ladyboy pick-up line?)
