Urgent Request

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Our members start their own discussions or post links to other blogs and/or news articles they find interesting and want to chat about. So join in the fun and start new topics, or feel free to comment on anything our community members have already started! We also have some Khmer members here as well, but English is the main language used on CEO. 500 sounds far cheaper than anywhere I've seen for a caesar at even the grimmest looking place we've investigated in the past few months.

I thought kantha bopha was 100% free for treatment?

Dude, it's time to tough it up. Just get her drunk off some booze, boil a sharp knife in hot water, and do it yourself. Much, much cheaper.

I had recommend to the husband, tuk-tuk driver that he take her to the NMCH on st 47, but he took her to the Preah Ang Duong hospital,,Which is where he was given a price of $500.
Well the update is a underweight baby boy delivered by cesarean , one month early. I've been here too long to think otherwise, but a hospital is just like any other business and couldn't wait to operate and get their hands on the $500.
Try to convince me I'm wrong .
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Can't wait to get their hands on the filthy lucre I'm sure. Fuck Cambodia and it's prices. Check out the prices in Vietnam for comparison.

There's a job that couldn't pay enough. Anyway you've been here a while and probably know the following, so consider it for others.

There are many maternity hospitals in the bigger cities, more than needed, but why? Quite a few pregnant women will consult a fortune teller who determines the propitious birth date. The woman then returns to the maternity hospital and orders a caesarian for that date. Not sound medical practice but it keeps superstition alive and "doctors" in expensive cars.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.
