The Dark Side of Fast Food

Post by FreeSocrates! »

I found this really interesting. I don't think I'll ever not eat Fast Food again, but I'll definitely think about it more.

The cedar roasted asparagus has good chew. I don't know how to enjoy it, so I'll Instagram it instead.

Fast food nation is one of the best books you could ever read about the food industry in general. Fascinating and so well written it reads like a thriller.
I read it 7 or 8 years ago and it still resonates.

People who eat fast food on a regular basis simply don't give a shit about their bodies. Might as well bare back a WA/GSM slag.

Thanks for the vivid imagery. It will stay with me for a while.

I thought the movie Super Size Me by Michael Moore shed good light on this issue.

Anyone into the Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead craze? Possibly not a 'thing' here...

So are we still meeting at Burger King for our weekly catch up?

Sure, but the KFC around the corner involves less effort for me - can you come here instead?

More secluded men's room, for sure.
