A little bit of a sing song with three beers or so.......He may have been jilted by a lovely lass. Leaving alone, let the fun begin.

That chart ^^ is Blood Alcohol Content not breath. 0.6mg/l is twice the UK driving limit, roughly. Given how small he is and his ancestry he's only had about five beers. I think he's got his foot stuck as that's a big hole and he's dragged a bike with him into that hole.

The Australian limit is 0.05 so he was 12 times the limit.

You are also confusing BAC with a breath alcohol measurement. He's not comatose when blowing in the photo.
"Australia has strict laws about drinking alcohol and driving, with the legal limit set at 0.05 blood alcohol concentration (BAC)"
https://drinkwise.org.au/drinking-and-y ... k-driving/

EDIT - done some sums - 0.05% = BrAC 0.15 mg/L. So 4x Aus.
