Another village idiom

Not infrequently heard in our village is " baik popus moat," literally " break bubbles mouth.". It is correctly used to describe the following situations:

1). To describe a rabid dog foaming at the mouth
2) To describe a garolous drunk or politician who blaters on and on.
3. A frustrated teacher who has tried again and again to make a point. Eg. Khnyom baan nihyey baik popus moat tai otoan yeul.
