It would be interesting to track... western power stations tend to have systems in place do cope with solar storms, it would be unsurprising in Cambodian/Vietnamese stations do not (especially with a look at the wiring they use).

eh, power outages now seem much fewer and further between.

My in-laws place at Chbar Amphul gets shut down when it rains heavily because of exposed wires. I can't believe that someone actually understands cause and effect at EDC.
