I remember asking this question on tof and the reply seemed to be that SNVL is lawless compared to PP when it comes to achieving a just result. Do you concure with this view?

Never found a recommended lawyer since 5 years ago when we needed one!.
Heard of one or two to avoid! The answer for the OP- use PP lawyer unless any new ones can be recommended.

Totally. A few months back I was in search for an attorney that ws based here in SHV. Was given the name of one. I made the call & was told he did not practice that type of law. I asked for future reference what branch of law was his specialty. He replied,''not that kind!

My original inquiry was about insurance law.

I'm sure you could contact the Cambodian Bar Association. I think their local office is on pub street.
