Enraged dancing stabber finally captured by police.
22 year old Ream Chanda from Kampong Cham was arrested in Phnom Penh on 30 May 2017, for a killing committed in April 2016 at a Khmer New Year party.
It is reported that the accused went into a blind rage when the 21 year old victim stepped on his foot while dancing, and attacked him with a knife, stabbing him to death.
He was found hiding out in 7 Makara district in Phnom Penh.

IF they had any brains they would create prison sweatshops (making any thing people need, that idiots can make) and force guys like these to work for a lifetime to provide for the family of those they killed.
