Where did StroppyChops go, and why is he back?

This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Nice to hear and those are frustrating events for sure. Hopefully things are better now. Also, I'm not too sure about C. Still a few annoying trolls around.

Things seem to have leveled out. I've now got my own dedicated immigration policeman who checks in with me every six months, he gets his tea money and I don't get harassed about work permits. The neighbour is still a prat, and he has a horrible, obese daughter that is the boss of all the kids in the street community, tried it on with me a couple of times and went home in tears.
