Andrew James Neil Heap with friends, from his social media page in 2012.
His page is not up-to-date, but says he was living in Phnom Penh in 2014. Condolences to his friends in Cambodia and elsewhere.

I can only speak for America but yes, and it has been for years now, there's also a homemade speed called crank that the rednecks make in their bathtubs, so every once in a while some trailer blows up out in the middle of bum fuck egypt trailer park. Heroin is becoming bad too thanks to all the pain killers the doctors prescribed over the years.
I do not do any of the above

You probably remember years back they used to blame mysterious deaths on "dizziness".

Andy was a kind hearted guy. A good person. Troubled, but a good person. He was in Sundance quite often and talked a lot about competitive arm wrestling. Larger than life. We were from the same part of NW London. Last time i saw him, he was partying pretty hard and didn't intend on slowing down. Haven't seen him for over a month. Its a tragic end. RIP

Yeah, you're very well qualified to comment on Phnom Penh expats, having spent a whole month living in a hovel in Siem Reap. Idiot.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

I thought you were BKK trapper sobered up. It still doesn't sound much like anyone I know, I guess we all move in different circles.
